If you are using digital devices, you will most likely come across "404 Not Found".
It is a common understanding when you see a 404 pop-up, it means the page did not exist on the web.

Before the birth of Apple and all touchscreen phones, scientists in Switzerland were working on a concoction for the launch of World Wide Web in their office on the 4th floor, where central database are stored in room 404.
The team were required to sort out all the information and request manually, then transfer it onto the web. Unfortunately, too many incorrect data inputs could not be matched to the inquiry. Instead, the scientist devised an idea to reply to requests that don't match the request with the message being - Room 404 - file not found.
